(1) In-house Casting
Our company stands at the forefront of the propeller manufacturing industry, being one of the select few with the capability and expertise to handle both copper alloy casting and precision machining. This integrated capability ensures rigorous quality control from raw material to finished product, guaranteeing the highest quality of materials and the flawless manufacture of each propeller. We maintain strict standards for the quality and chemical composition of the metals we use, enabling us to produce propellers of superior strength.

Our foundry capabilities are equally impressive, boasting two 1.2-ton stainless steel furnaces, one 3-ton copper furnace, one 5-ton copper furnace, and one 10-ton copper furnace. Notably, our 10-ton and 5-ton furnaces can be operated simultaneously, with a full capacity to melt up to 18 tons of copper. This formidable melting capacity, combined with our relentless pursuit of quality, allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality propeller products.

In the selection of molding materials, we spare no effort in pursuing excellence. While most manufacturers opt for the lower-cost sodium silicate sand to reduce costs, we have chosen the more expensive resin sand. This material is less susceptible to the effects of moisture in the air, perfectly addressing the issue of performance degradation due to dampness and ensuring the reliability and durability of our products.

Regarding chemical composition analysis, our company conducts precise chemical analysis when the copper is poured, ensuring that the composition meets our customers' specific requirements. This step is a critical part of the pre-casting inspection for many foundries and is essential for guaranteeing the quality of the castings. By precisely controlling the chemical composition, we can ensure that the performance and durability of the castings meet the highest standards.

Furthermore, we perform gas content tests on the copper melt, a vital precaution to ensure that no gases are present, thus preventing defects in the finished product. This test is crucial for preventing porosity and other related defects in the castings. By strictly controlling the gas content in the copper melt, we significantly enhance the quality and performance of the castings, ensuring the exceptional performance and long-term stability of our propellers.

(2) CNC Machined
Yuan Ding Marine Equipment is a leader in marine propeller manufacturing, equipped with state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers that can handle Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPP) up to 5.5 meters and Controllable Pitch Propellers (CPP) up to 8 meters with precision. Our advanced 5-axis machining centers, with xyzwb coordinate precision, ensure exceptional machining accuracy to the order of a few tenths of a millimeter, guaranteeing the highest quality in blade craftsmanship. This precision is extended to the meticulous control of both FPP and CPP, with attention to detail that is reflected in the delicate finishing of even the largest castings.
